Altus Hospice Care is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our compassionate team serving Corpus Christi and surrounding communities. You will deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide families through every step of the journey. We value compassion and clinical excellence; RN license, 1 year in acute care, EMR proficiency, CPR as required, and a valid driver’s license are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Altus Hospice Care
