An exciting opportunity at a new plastic manufacturing company in Buckeye!

Verstela is looking for a Contingent Onsite Supervisor to support 2nd shift recruiting and employee management at Rehrig, a new Buckeye facility. This position will be through Verstela onsite at Rehrig.

This role is contingent with potential to become permanent. This unique Onsite Supervisor position involves overseeing a team of candidates and collaborating closely with branch team to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction.

Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

Onsite Supervisor Job duties:

• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support with performance conversations alongside the leadership team
• Address and resolve any issues that arise efficiently and effectively
• Manage timecards, PPE and candidate profiles
• Conduct new employee orientations and on-boarding

Schedule: Onsite at Rehrig

• Monday-Thursday 2PM-12AM (10hr shifts, some OT required)

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE

Onsite Supervisor requirements:

• 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience preferably in a warehouse environment
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• MS Office proficiency
• Proven experience in performance management
• Recruiting experience required
