Scrum Master with Banking
Toronto, ON( Remote )
Job Description:
- Manage and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful sprint delivery.
- Remove team impediments and resolve issues that may impact project timelines.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
- Support banking/financial applications and projects, ensuring business and regulatory requirements are addressed.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
