Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025 Duration: 12+ Months Contract Pay rate: $39.35/hr Shift: 2nd shift - 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Description:
- This position is Non-Exempt.
- Weekly hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
- After Training Position will be second shift.
- Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment (HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, Plumbing); move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties.
- Familiar working in a GMP environment. GMP Change Process, work orders, ISO standards
- Candidates may have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environment
- Needs experience maintaining a Clean Room
- Needs experience working on computer, specifically: Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems
- Available to be on call, paid 2 hrs Day
- Management of repair and improvement projects, managing vendors
- 1-2 years exp in a GMP environment.
- Business facilities environment
