Driftwood, located in the charming town of Ogallala, NE, is looking for an experienced Line Cook to bring their culinary expertise to our kitchen. If you have a love for food, a knack for teamwork, and at least one year of experience, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As an Experienced Line Cook at Driftwood, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
- Ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food preparation.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
