Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, field-based position. This role focuses on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and delivering high-quality ABA services, supported by a strong administrative team.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Westside & South Bay - Field-Based Role) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
- Conduct and oversee FBAs and treatment plans
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to clinical staff
- Ensure delivery of ethical, high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- 1+ year of BCBA experience preferred (strong candidates will be considered)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience working with individuals with autism preferred
- Comfortable working in home, school, and community-based settings
