General Manager Salary Range: $62,000 – $90,000 annually McDonald’s A General Manager is the leader of a restaurant and must have a guest‑first mentality and at least one year of previous McDonald’s management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, but we also accept applications that include some McDonald’s management experience. The salary range is dependent on a variety of factors, including the amount of McDonald’s experience, time in the food‑service industry, and availability.
