Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring all services are accurately invoiced and delivered to clients in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high-volume invoicing, and direct communication with clients to resolve discrepancies. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Manage and generate all invoices and credit memos accurately and on time Utilize scheduling portals to locate missing or delayed purchase orders (POs) Follow up with clients directly regarding missing POs and document all communication in SAGE Set up and maintain client information, inventory codes, and pricing schedules in the system and manual pricing book Ensure proper application of sales tax on all invoices Deliver invoices to clients per their preferred method Maintain and distribute sales tracking reports to management Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues, including pricing discrepancies and payment inquiries Provide invoicing support to other offices as needed Assist with name change requests related to invoicing when required Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous ERP invoicing experience preferred Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Comfortable handling high-volume invoicing (60+ invoices daily) Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Benefits, Incentives & Career Development Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with generous employer contribution Company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(k) with employer match 9 Paid Holidays 3 Weeks Paid Vacation (prorated first year) Monthly employee appreciation events #J-18808-Ljbffr Tri-Tech Surveying & Engineering
