Billing Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Billing Specialist positions in HOUSTON, TX. Perks Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM (flexible) Hybrid (2 days in office) Pay: $ 41.25 Weekly paycheck Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Key Responsibilities Manage billing processes and ensure accurate, timely invoicing Review contracts and track billing milestones and payment terms Maintain and update billing data in internal systems (PMX/BVC) Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies Track customer payments and report on past‑due invoices Support project teams with billing documentation and invoicing requirements Generate reports on billing activity and account status Monitor project hours and track billable vs. non‑billable time Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with billing, invoicing, or accounting support Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good communication and problem‑solving skills Basic computer skills (Excel or similar systems) Interview Process Virtual (camera on), with manager and project team Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
