Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative Details Location: MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA 15222 – on site 1st day before going remote Required to come in for meetings and special projects Payrate: $16.50/hr+ - depending on bilingual status Required Availability: Mon-Fri only, hours vary 8a-7p, 32 to 40 hours per week, possible OT. Extended hours are 8a – 10p. Skillfullytranslate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon. Read and understand clients plan documents and onlineknowledgebasetools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the future needs of the member.
