Account Opening and Maintenance Analyst

Job Title: Account Opening and Maintenance Analyst Location: Cohoes, NY Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $26/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role helps support our client's account management operations by reviewing and approving pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements. This position will coordinate and process team-specific tasks as requested by the business and perform quality reviews of other team members' completed work to ensure data accuracy. This position will interface with teams and businesses to resolve ongoing issues, answer specific policy questions, and apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities, escalating issues as appropriate. Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and documentation meet policy requirements Coordinate and process team specific tasks as requested by the business Perform quality reviews of other team members completed work and ensure data accuracy Work across multiple systems and platforms to complete daily tasks Interface with teams and business partners to resolve on-going issues and answer policy questions Provide support and work on special projects as requested Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate Adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance Required Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred Sound judgment and outstanding attention to detail Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's Degree preferred – Concentration in Finance or Business #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Staffing Solutions
