Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs seeks a visionary Vice President, Mass Fundraising to lead the growth and health of the mass donor portfolio. You will oversee donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, sustainer programs, and lifecycle strategy, while guiding CRM, analytics, forecasting, and direct-response fundraising initiatives.
