Pinnacle Dietary Global - At Arms Acres, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of exceptional meals in our long-term care facilities drug rehab facilities. Chef Manager Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and patients Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet the needs of our residents and patients Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest culinary trends and techniques Chef Manager Requirements 1+ years of experience in a similar culinary management role High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification a plus Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, patients, and staff Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Chef Manager Benefits Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
