Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Program Manager to our dynamic Technical Services National team in Seattle, WA. The Program Manager will lead a technical delivery program to provide complex multi-offering projects within the technical services business. In this role, you will lead cross functional efforts in the planning, discovery, and implementation of Technical Services consulting solutions for clients to improve energy, maintenance, and operational efficiency of facilities. This position will play a key role in the Technical Services National consulting program evolution and provides SME support to business development. Additional responsibilities include: Ensure effective project delivery from initial opportunity identification through close-out of Technical Services offering. Plan program milestones and schedule for implementation. Coordinates with internal teams, field and factory work delivery, cost estimating, and training. Establish program goals and Key Performance Indicators to meet internal and external client needs. Ensure client satisfaction with program transition(s). Oversee program evaluation, collecting program feedback to incorporate into best practices and program evolution. Own program financial performance through the turnover of operations. Supports Offsite Manufacturing current and future site deployments. Other duties as assigned. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry 7-10 years' relevant experience. Expertise in controls, commissioning, instrumentation, and other building systems optimization. Proficient in Communication/Teaming/Internal and External Interactions. Proficient in project management/people leadership/sales acumen. Proficient in coaching, developing, and teaching junior team members. The pay range for this position is$102,780 - $171,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
