Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales targets and uphold service standards. Requirements Active Illinois Property & Casualty License. Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their insurance needs. Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems and standard office software.
