Job Responsibilities Proficient in QuickBooks with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Manage activities including protocols, policies, and procedures development Create journal entries, such as invoice entries and banking transactions Generate and send invoices to clients, follow up on collections, and confirm payment due dates Coordinate weekly with consulting staff to ensure expenses are recorded Oversee private pay collections and ensure proper procedures are followed Analyze reports and data to identify problematic trends Use Excel trackers to monitor project status and pending invoices Oversee month-end closing and bank reconciliations Save invoices and receipts both physically and online/cloud Operate payroll and record staff timesheets This role involves direct collaboration with the CEO and Manager. Additional responsibilities may include general administration, communication, and HR tasks.
