Utilize your expertise in Special Education to provide direct resource support to middle school students with mild to moderate needs. Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active CTC Mild/Moderate (M/M) Special Education credential required
• Experience working with middle school resource programs preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction for students with mild/moderate disabilities
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, aides, and families
• Conduct progress monitoring and update IEPs as needed
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in students
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school procedures
• Support students’ transition and integration into general education settings
