Cleanroom Mechanical Assembler

Loaction: Longmont CO

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some flexibility available)

We are hiring Cleanroom Mechanical Assemblers to build and test mechanical and electrical assemblies in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role involves reading assembly drawings, using hand tools, making electrical connections, and assembling large-scale equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret assembly drawings
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and testing equipment
• Crimp and make electrical connections
• Assemble and test sub-assemblies and components
• Record data and complete documentation using basic computer programs
• Follow quality standards and cleanroom procedures
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience
• Experience building large equipment or complex assemblies
• Ability to read assembly drawings
• Experience with hand tools and testing equipment
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, etc.)
• Cleanroom, ISO9001, hydro testing, or lean manufacturing experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with large equipment and performing hands-on work

This is a Contract position based out of Longmont, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
