Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

The PROGRESS GROUP develops and produces tailor‑made solutions for the precast concrete industry. Our mechanical engineering sector develops innovative machinery for rebar processing in close cooperation with every customer. Your responsibilities: You perform repairs, maintenance, inspections, and customer training on machinery and equipment at client sites You analyze and resolve technical issues on‑site, identifying root causes and resolve them independently You carefully document your work, prepare service reports, and stay in close communication with your team in Bressanone When there are no field assignments, you support our service team in Brixen (e.g. hotline support, spare parts preparation, documentation) Your skills: Training in metalwork, mechanical engineering, mechanics, or mechatronics - alternatively several years of experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar role Willingness to travel (mainly within the German‑speaking countries) Good knowledge of the German language What to expect: High field service allowance An interesting, varied and international working environment Excellent training and development opportunities A success‑oriented and innovative thinking team Benefits of a modern company #J-18808-Ljbffr
