Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments under the direction of our ENT specialists. Assist in office‑based procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post‑operative care instructions. Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records and documentation. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or surgical setting Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient‑centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
