- Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in ready-mix, concrete production, or a similar manufacturing environment
- Proven experience overseeing Ready Mix operations, concrete batching processes, and plant production activities
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a plant or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, workplace safety practices, environmental regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Oversee daily Ready Mix plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production while meeting customer demand and delivery schedules
- Supervise concrete production processes, ensuring accurate batching, material handling, mix consistency, and compliance with company quality standards
- Monitor production schedules and dispatch coordination to ensure timely delivery of concrete while maximizing plant efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies
- Perform quality control oversight, including monitoring concrete specifications, mix designs, and testing procedures
