This role helps ensure Credit Human's financial operations remain accurate, timely, and well controlled. By supporting reliable payments, reconciliations, and reporting, this position strengthens decision-making and delivers dependable service to employees, vendors, and internal leaders.

Process approved invoices, check requests, and employee reimbursements accurately and on schedule

Verify payment authorizations, account classifications, documentation, and effective dates to maintain strong financial controls

Resolve payment inquiries and research transactions for vendors, employees, and internal partners

Maintain accurate vendor tax records to support compliant 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, and 1042 reporting

Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and post accruals and journal entries to support an accurate month-end close

Deliver timely financial reports and help managers understand transactions affecting departmental results

Support expenditure authorization tracking, allowance for credit loss reporting, manufactured home loan funding transfers, and other accounting priorities.

Gain broad accounting experience across accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, reporting, reimbursements, and loan funding support

Make a visible impact on the accuracy and reliability of financial information used by leadership

Build strong partnerships across the organization while serving employees, vendors, and internal teams

Develop expertise in complex accounting systems, financial controls, and regulatory reporting

Required: Knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Preferred: Prior work experience with accounting / finance / accounts payable

Required: Intermediate Skills in MS Office to include Access / Excel

Preferred: Advanced skills in all MS Office

Required: Accounting college level coursework

Preferred: Bachelor's in accounting / finance / business

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Paygrade: 1CA

The expected pay range for this position is $23.77 - $24.50 hourly.

Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.
