ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the Evesham branch to ensure we consistently meet our growth targets.
Mentor and guide a team of agents, helping them refine their sales techniques and client service strategies.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence throughout the local area.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive protection.
Collaborate with the broader leadership team to implement new programs that drive long-term agency stability.
Monitor industry trends and adjust our offerings to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Documented experience in high-level insurance sales or agency management.
Strong leadership capabilities with a history of developing successful sales professionals.
Deep understanding of the Evesham insurance landscape and local regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in utilizing advanced CRM tools to track performance and growth metrics.
Ability to network effectively and build lasting partnerships within the community.
