Finance Coordinator

Finance CoordinatorUnder close supervision, this position performs clerical activities such as financial data entry, record keeping and data gathering for reporting purposes.Key Responsibilities:Following established methods and procedures for financial record keeping and reportingRetrieve data as requested within an appropriate time frame; assist senior staff in resolving any discrepancies in reportsAssist in preparation of various basic financial reportsReview financial reports to ensure accurate and thorough data entry of financial informationResponding to inquiries and contacting other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problemsPosting basic entries, verifying and reconciling basic input to financial reporting systemsQualifications:Minimum Qualification:High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 1-2 years of Finance experience.Preferred Qualification:Ability to adaptAbility to maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult individualsAbility to multitaskAbility to work both individually and as a teamBasic deductive reasoning skillsProficient time management skillsSelf-motivatedThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.Compensation:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
