Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic litigation team in Houston. This role involves representing businesses in complex disputes across a variety of industries, including energy, construction, and financial services.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from inception through resolution while delivering high-quality legal work in a fast-paced environment.

- Breach of Contract
- Business Torts (fraud, misrepresentation, unfair competition)
- Partnership & Shareholder Disputes
- Energy & Oil & Gas Litigation
- Construction & Infrastructure Disputes
- Financial Services Litigation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD)from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license (required)
- 3–10+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and litigation practices
- Experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances
- Trial experience or significant trial preparation preferred
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling complex, high-value commercial disputes
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and litigation technology
- Background in energy, oil & gas, or construction litigation
- Strong negotiation and case strategy development skills
