Our team of digital marketers, media buyers, engineers, designers, and analysts work together to push the limits of online advertising and deliver high-impact campaigns.

About the Role

You will be working closely with other team members in order to reach and keep given KPIs. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for a number of products and services in personal finance category.

The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years of experience working for an ad agency or as an in-house Native Digital Marketer and is looking to take his/her career to the next level by learning how to manage large budget advertising campaigns in competitive international markets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale native ad campaigns on platforms like Outbrain , Taboola , and other relevant networks
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs , with a strong focus on target CPAs
• Analyze performance data and optimize for CPA , ROI , and LTV
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality, engaging ad creatives
• Partner with the Marketing team , sharing best practices and driving collective success

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in native media buying
• Deep understanding of platforms like Outbrain , Taboola , or similar native ad tools
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
