As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Mid–Senior YouTube Media Buyer to take our video ad campaigns to the next level while working with industry-leading budgets and strong creative resources.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale YouTube advertising campaigns with a strong focus on the U.S. market.

• Work hands-on with YouTube Ads, vertical video formats, and performance-driven campaigns.

• Continuously optimize performance to improve ROI, efficiency, and volume.

• Analyze data insights and adjust strategies for scalability and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with designers, media buyers, and data teams to produce high-converting video ads.

• Gradually take ownership of campaign strategy and support mentoring or light team leadership as the role evolves.

What You Bring

• Solid experience managing YouTube ad campaigns with meaningful budgets.

• Strong understanding of YouTube channels, placements, creatives, and performance marketing mechanics.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into clear optimization actions.

• Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with confidence to work independently.

• Experience in the U.S. digital advertising market is required.

• Fluent English.
