RN Supervisor

Job Overview Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 120-bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility, is seeking a full‑time RN Supervisor to work an 11 PM–7 AM shift. The position offers same‑day pay and a competitive hourly rate of $38–$60. As RN Supervisor you will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active RN license in Maryland. Valid BLS CPR certification. Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously. Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills when dealing with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and government agencies.
