The application window is expected to close on: 10/30/2026MEET THE TEAMThe Product Operations Business Process team drives the design, governance, and continuous improvement of business processes across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), product data, and business intelligence domains. This team plays a crucial role in enhancing lifecycle execution, data quality, and operational visibility, directly supporting cross-functional partners such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management. Comprised of experienced professionals with deep expertise in PLM and data governance, the team fosters a collaborative and innovative environment focused on scalable process solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to align processes and improve operational consistency, enabling better decision-making through enhanced reporting and analytics. Drive governance improvements across product master data, engineering change management, and lifecycle operations to ensure compliance and audit readiness. Define business requirements for KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that increase visibility into process health and operational performance. Champion change management and adoption of new processes and tools to modernize workflows and improve scalability.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Process Management, PLM, Product Data Management, BI, Data Operations, Program Management, or related functionsExperience supporting PLM, product data, BOM, engineering change, and lifecycle governance processes in a complex enterprise environmentExperience partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams to define and implement scalable process solutionsExperience with KPI development, dashboarding, reporting requirements, and operational performance managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with enterprise PLM platforms such as Agile PLM, Team Center PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, Windchill, or similar toolsExperience with ERP, quality, regulatory, and reporting platform integrationsFamiliarity with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, enterprise data warehouse platforms, or similar solutionsExperience with workflow automation, process transformation, or systems modernization initiativesExperience in a global technology, hardware, manufacturing, or regulated environmentWhy Cisco? For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; andOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
