Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the agency to ensure we are meeting our goals while maintaining high service standards.

Mentor and guide current sales staff to help them grow their skills and feel confident in their professional development.

Review existing client accounts to ensure they have the protection they actually need for their specific life situations.

Develop and implement new strategies to connect with our local community and build lasting relationships.

Review sales reports and internal data to spot trends and identify where we can improve our client experience.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our outreach efforts and maintain a warm, welcoming environment for walk-in clients.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small group of professionals.

Clear, empathetic communication style for client interactions.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.

Understanding of the local Elkton insurance market landscape.
