An exciting contract opportunity awaits an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist interested in supporting elementary and preschool students. This role will provide vital coverage for a current SLP on maternity leave starting in December, serving children in preschool through fifth grade. Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold SLP licensure in good standing and current ASHA CCCs
• Demonstrated experience working with prek-5th grade students, preferably in a school-based setting
• Skilled in assessment, developing intervention plans, and progress monitoring for diverse student populations
• Ability to write, facilitate, and lead IEP meetings in compliance with all regulations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt services to meet students’ varied needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to preschool and elementary-aged students
• Conduct eligibility assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings to educational teams and families
• Develop, update, and implement IEPs consistent with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all reporting guidelines
• Participate in ongoing professional development as needed for the assignment
