HR Generalist: Leave & Compliance, People Ops

CBRE is seeking a People Generalist to support HR initiatives, policies, and procedures within the People Strategy and Operations function. You will handle leave management, compliance, and data reporting while maintaining confidentiality and high-volume processing. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years HR experience and strong knowledge of FMLA/ADA, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a preference for Power BI.
