HR Generalist — Payroll, Recruiting & Leave (Manufacturing)

US Farathane is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support payroll processing, recruiting, onboarding, and employee leaves at our Austin, TX facility. This hands-on role focuses on hourly and salaried staff in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The position requires 2–5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, and ADA.
