Service Manager – Automotive Dealership
- We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-volume dealership service department.
- This role oversees daily operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service operations, workflow, scheduling, dispatch, and repair orders
- Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, efficiency, ELR, ERO, and gross profit
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns professionally
- Drive department profitability through labor, parts, and warranty performance
- Utilize DMS, reporting tools, and technology to improve operations and decision-making
- Support customer retention and long-term loyalty programs
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of Service Manager or automotive leadership experience
- High-volume dealership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of fixed operations and dealership KPIs
- Experience with OEM brands such as BMW, VW, Hyundai, Kia, or Nissan preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and DMS systems
- ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus
