Marketing Assistant

Assistance Plus is seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist in the day-to-day marketing initiatives for its growing agency. This position will be responsible for providing general marketing data management, graphic design support, and assisting with executing internal and external events. Creativity, strong project management skills, and good attention to detail are needed to be successful in this position. Direct, in-person outreach will be a strong focus for this role.Duties include (but are not limited to):Managing communications for small eventsAssisting with the execution of events, both internal and externalAssisting HR with overall wellness initiatives as it relates to marketingDistributing marketing materialsAssisting with maintaining the agency’s social media presenceCreating marketing collateral in the form of printed matter, advertising materials, and social media advertisingGenerating leads and managing a contact databaseCollecting information via internal and external surveys, reports, and questionnairesPreparing data reports in a clear format to be used to measure marketing impactWorking with departments to build an understanding of their general marketing needsAssisting the Marketing Executive with other general marketing tasks as neededThis position is full-time (40 hours per week) and will be based at our Benton Office.Position Requirements:A minimum of a high school diploma.
