Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification/license
• Proven success teaching or case managing students in grades 2 and/or 5 preferred
• Skill with individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible, enthusiastic approach to teaching across multiple school sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Teach and provide case management for approximately 15 students
• Develop, implement, and track personalized education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

• Adapt to two elementary school locations throughout the week
