We're looking for a therapist who is passionate about the art and science of therapeutic massage and eager to deepen their expertise in techniques that create lasting client outcomes. We're seeking a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist that's ready to grow into a full time role here who takes ownership of their work, values accountability, welcomes feedback, and wants to grow a long-term career with our team.

Experience in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, TMJ, Orthopedic, Medical, or Lymphatic Massage is welcomed. If you're eager to continue developing your clinical skills, we provide ongoing paid training to support your growth.

Requirements

• Thriving pay starting at $30/massage unit hour (based on experience, certifications, and results). Estimated $450-$750/per week starting out. Therapists who actively participate in intake, treatment planning, and rebooking build stronger client relationships and more consistent schedules over time. This is a W2 employee position.
• Flexible schedules with shifts available Monday–Friday (9am-7pm) and rotating weekends (Sat. 9am-4pm, Sundays 10am-5pm)

• Texas Massage Therapy License (Required)
• 2+ years of experience in Massage Therapy and Customer Service (preferred)
