Paralegal

Real Estate investment and management company is hiring a Paralegal to join their Westchester County, NY office.

The ideal candidate is an analytical and diligent professional with:

• A Paralegal Studies degree, preferred
• 5+ years of commercial leasing real estate experience
• Retail leasing experience, strongly preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Draft and abstract various lease agreements
• Perform due diligence for real estate transactions
• Review title and survey for commercial properties
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $85K - $100K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K and more
• Full-time in office
• Must be flexible for overtime as needed
