If you thrive in fast-moving, highly collaborative environments, this role is built for you.As a Public Sector Business Manager within Receivables Operations, you will serve as a strategic Business Management partner for Public Sector Lockbox, translating leadership priorities into an executable plan and a dependable operating cadence. You will own core business routines and governance (touchpoints, OKR reviews, and Monthly Business Reviews), ensuring decisions are clear, outcomes are documented, and action items are driven to closure. You will work across Operations, Product, Technology/Applied AI, Finance, HR, and Controls to align stakeholders, coordinate communications, and drive cross-functional delivery from intake through completion. You will produce executive-ready materials, status reporting, and analysis that surface insights, improve productivity and client experience, and reduce risk.
