- Meeting with Adjusters and Maintaining Insurance/DRP Relationships
- Write and properly administer direct repair orders
- Prepare final billing for completed repair orders
- Prepare estimates in a timely manner
- Write competitive estimates
- Monitor work in process repairs
- Order parts as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
- Maintain daily customer updates
- Constant communication with the technicians and production
