Front-End Estimator / Customer Service Representative

Port Orchard, WA | $28–$32/hr | Full-Time | M–F 8am-5pm

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to take your collision repair career to the next level? We’re looking for a Front-End Estimator / CSR to be the primary point of contact for our customers while supporting insurance partners and the shop team in a fast-paced, professional collision repair environment. You will be writing estimates, guiding customers through the repair process, and making a real impact on the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary CSR for the shop and build strong customer relationships
• Greet customers warmly and manage incoming phone calls
• Write accurate walk-in and UPD (Unrelated Prior Damage) estimates
• Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors
• Email estimates within 24 hours or write them while customers wait
• Schedule repairs and guide customers through every step of the process
• Use CCC estimating software (including P-Pages and rate guides) efficiently and accurately
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation
• Follow insurance company guidelines and agreed labor rates
• Assist with supplements and resolve front office challenges
• Participate in daily production meetings and track vehicle status
• Support CSI/NPS goals by delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience as a collision estimator, insurance appraiser, or front-end CSR
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
