Oversee food quality standards, ensuring recipes, portioning, and preparation meet company guidelines. Build and maintain a positive team culture through effective training and leadership. Manage operational finances, including labor costs, inventory, and profit goals. Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met. Prepare and maintain required reports, schedules, and documentation. Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing FOH team. What We're Looking For Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in restaurant management (minimum 3 years). Proficient in POS systems, payroll, scheduling, and basic restaurant financials. Ability to lead and manage in a high-energy, service-oriented environment. Certifications in Food Service and Alcohol Service (or ability to obtain). Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
