The Distribution Center (DC) HAI Robotics Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the HAI robotics system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues around automation equipment, DM codes, and the ESS
- Maintain business and system tasks so they are up to date and accurate
- Work independently within the HAI system with guidance from leadership
- Partner with on site HAI engineers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the automation equipment, DM codes and/or the ESS
- Perform tasks in other areas of the Distribution Center as directed by management
