Sales Support Specialist

Position: In-Home Sales Support Specialist - Dallas
Location: Dallas, TX (Irving)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with bi-weekly Saturday rotations

• Week 1: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Week 2: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM.
• Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
• Schedule alternates between "Week 1" and "Week 2" hours every other week.

Job Summary:

As an In-Home Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in improving our customers' experience by providing essential assistance to our Design Consultants as they navigate the process of securing financing for our valued customers. Your contributions will include a range of activities to aid the Design Consultants in utilizing our systems effectively. Those activities include issue resolution, system support and assistance with policies and procedures.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Provide troubleshooting assistance to our Design Consultants by delivering effective solutions through maintaining expertise on the latest lending options and staying ahead of changes, navigating our systems and staying ahead of software updates, and actively following policies and procedures while suggesting improvements.
• Document and maintain records of all requested support from our Design Consultants, including outcomes, feedback, and any follow-up actions.
• Ensure a professional demeanor during all interactions with our Design Consultants.
• Maintain company KPIs, such as but not limited to, support requests handled per hour.
• Achieve consistent results that meet or exceed expected individual and team goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred, particularly Microsoft Teams
• Communication skills and comfortable talking over the phone and video. Coachable and driven to win.
