Patient Enrollment Specialist

Patient Enrollment Specialist Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be detail oriented and organized, and will communicate with current and potential DM patients via phone, text, email and in person with the goal of scheduling their primary visit at a DM clinic in order to determine eligibility of enrollment into a research study. Responsibilities and Duties Answer incoming calls, messages and emails Make outgoing calls / send outgoing messages and emails Schedule patient appointments following appointment availability and guidelines Accurate and thorough data entry into multiple systems / databases Complete patient questionnaires consisting of sensitive and private medical information Thoroughly research and interpret patient history to ensure patient safety and eligibility Performance based role with OT available and monthly commission. Experience and Skill Requirements Medical terminology knowledge is a plus but not required Computer proficiency, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outgoing personality Well-organized with attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
