Masters Degree or Certification in Digital CX or related fields

Job Duties:

This person would be Client's lead for data analysis and insight recommendations supporting the Live Sales Chat Customer Experience team.
As a major part of Client's business, Sales Chat continues to deliver a strong customer experience.
In order to continue to grow our experience, added focus is needed to understand and build insights based on data to help drive our business forward.
This person would need to be able to assess complex problems and identify solutions.

Education or Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree Needed
Masters Degree or Digital CX Certification preferred

Logistics:

Standard 9.00 to 5.
