We have an immediate opportunity for a Records Analyst in the Los Angeles area.   This ideal candidate must possess demonstrated ability to perform basic analytical functions with the ability to gather, document, analyze data and information.  This is a hybrid position which requires in office Mondays and Tuesday.

Duties

• Gather and compile data from databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Maintain and update records, files, and tracking logs
• Experience using excel macros to process transactions
• Ability to perform system updates including status changes and maintenance plans for deactivations (New Rentals, and Rental Closeouts)
• Run excel macros for vehicle remarketing deactivations and sales item processing
• Create instruction and job aids
• Attend and participate in meetings to support SAP data cleanup and data quality efforts
• Ability to process Role Mapping and User Access Requests
• Prepare, review, and update reports using excel and distribute via email
• Maintain toll account records, including adding and removing license plates and ensuring data accuracy

Required Experience

• Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• One to two years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros, formulas, and data analysis
• Experience working with data, spreadsheets, and databases
• Strong organizational and time management skills to include following defined processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems desired

Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.

Compensation based on experience.
