Your responsibilities on our team:

• Work in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Work in an enthusiastic environment.
• The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, observing and continually implementing the proper quality assurance and food safety procedures.

• No specific kitchen or restaurant experience needed

• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (even able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for several hours, capable of working outdoors in the self-service)

This job is not for everyone. During peak hours, Chick-fil-A kitchens serve more than 400 guests in an hour (that’s a full meal produced every 10 seconds). While serving our guests delicious hot food, we must keep our kitchen spotless and well-stocked. Your job will consist of performing repetitive tasks with excellence in a fast-paced environment.
