Service Manager

Extension, Inc is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our client in Madison, WI to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to manage people, workflow, and department profitability. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and technician management. Monitor and improve technician productivity, efficiency, and repair quality. Ensure compliance with warranty procedures, repair documentation, and quality standards. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Drive department profitability and performance against established goals. Coach, mentor, and develop technicians and support staff. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the repair/service industry (heavy-duty preferred; automotive experience acceptable). 1+ years of people management experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
