Job Description:
We are seeking a Pediatric Audiologist to join our team on a Part-Time basis. The position involves testing, evaluating, and prescribing treatment for hearing disorders in the pediatric population. The role includes providing a full spectrum of diagnostic and rehabilitative services such as visual reinforcement audiometry, conditioned play audiometry, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response, hearing aid fitting, cochlear implants, and related treatments.


Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Hourly Pay Rate:
$56.95


Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for pediatric patients
• Effectively communicate testing procedures and results to parents and caregivers
• Diagnose hearing conditions and make appropriate treatment recommendations
• Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and educational support
• Educate families on hearing loss management and use of amplification devices
• Utilize age-appropriate equipment and communication styles
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Comtribute to a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Comply with HIPAA, confidentiality, and organizational policies
• Manage own schedule to maximize productivity

Education/Skills:

• Doctoral Degree in Audiology (AuD.) required

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience preferred, pediatric experience or externship advantageous

Licenses/Certifications:

• Active Audiology Licensure in Texas required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ASHA or ABA certification required
